I'm speechless! I checked out after my dental appt - I had an $80 bill, which seemed strange but I didn't give it a second thought. Within 20 minutes Cheryl, the office manager left me a message that said "it bothered me that you had to pay today...something wasn't right, so I called the insurance company for you and found out that your coverage changed from Plan A to a PPO, call me back so we can figure this out" I have never had someone take the initiative to do something like this - I loved that my bill, pained her enough... read more

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Clifton and his staff are very friendly and efficient. Every visit has been a great experience.
