Very Fast and commutative. I had a leak and they came to tarp it right away to ensure there was no further damage. They cleaned everything up and put it back to the way it was before.
We had a small leak near the chimney that had been difficult to trace. The technician spent time investigating rather than rushing to a conclusion. Once the source was identified, the repair was completed carefully and professionally. Months later, we've had plenty of rain and the problem has not returned.
