Dr. Roberts is great! His office is comfortable and his staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I had a good experience... was not sure as I was nervous from trying a new dentist.
Dr. Roberts and the office staff is very helpful informing your cost of all procedures. The hygienists are gentle and thorough.
Dr. Roberts is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very meticulous, which is a great thing in a dentist. He does great work. And I hear his porche is awesome. Wish I had one to talk about. I've never had any problems with his staff. In fact, I've wanted to "get busy" with several of them.
Dr. Roberts is a somewhat self-centered doctor where it is all about him and his Porsche Turbo, instead of really connecting with his patients. His quality of service of good, but the cost cannot be justified by the rudeness of the front desk.
Dr. Roberts is always eager to drill- be it a simple filling or a major crown, even on a tooth he just worked on 6 months earlier. His staff has been rude on the phone, and he mandates that new patients come in for TWO initial appointments- one for xray and exam, and a different one for cleaning. Apparently only his time is important!
Tom is a wonderful dentist. He hires and maintains a wonderful staff who make you comfortable and feel special. His equipment is always state of the art. I've had crowns, gold inlays, gold onlays that were done painlessly and have withstood the test of time. He has a great sense of humor and is good with children. What more can you want in a dentist?
