I had an awful experience. I was told I needed 10 crowns at a very young age, and the experience of getting them was far worse than I anticipated. after six months of having them three have broken. Demeaning comments were made by the doctor and my pain and experience was minimized. The office is nice, clean, and the technology is new would be the only positives. I would not recommend this dentists to anyone.

He is awesome! My son grew up loving to go to the dentist and so do I!

Wow, I really scored with Dr. Tom. I broke my two front teeth in an accident at work. He got me in the day I called and put some temporary stuff on my teeth so I didn't look like a redneck. When I came back for my check up he spent a lot of time with me to discuss the different things I could do to fix them. He used pictures and drawing and a cool televison screen to help me figure out what to do. The drilling part wasn't really fun, I mean who likes to go to the dentist, but it was painless and he didn't really take very lo... read more

I had a bad experience here, due to the ingenuine nature of the dentist. He was extremely busy and rushed (I barely saw him during the one treatment I got - a crown), and rather than being compassionate, almost seemed disgusted with how many old fillings I had in my teeth. To be clear, my teeth are not rotten and falling out of my face or anything. I look normal and healthy, but happen to have bad teeth with tons of old fillings that need to be replaced. My front teeth are starting to wear down as well and I have a bite issu... read more

I love this office. I have been to a lot of dentists and this one tops them all by a significant degree. They do a very complete exam. Explain things in terms I can understand. It was explained to me on the first visit I would not likely get a cleaning as they had to determine my needs. Now each time I go back for a checkup I always get my teeth cleaned. I needed some work done, their prices were consistent with others in the city. They were not at all pushy, gave me all my options, and the outcome was amazing. I have a lot ... read more

The cost of the initial visit, cleaning, and cap (whether temporary or permanent - another dentist will have to confirm) was $1676.00. The tooth still hurts and the cap has a rough surface. The dentist offered a free whitening with the initial visit and seemed reluctant to provide the supplies, but he did eventually. There were five hygienists/assistants involved, in addtion to the dentist: there was the assistant who took the x-rays, who seemed somewhat competent; the assistant who reviewed them, who seemed not at all compe... read more

His office is well-run, with great staff, and they have done well for me. I have had regular cleanings, two crowns, and some cavities filled. All services were above my expectations. I am a health care provider myself, and I think they do a good job. Dr. Roberts is quick and efficient, I rarely wait. He is always friendly and a good llstener. I know he will stay for extra time with me if I am having significant problems.

Rather fantastic. I have a large number of crowns and his work is impecible. Even had one of my front uppers crowned & it looks like the real thing. Just went through and extraction & bridge prep this week. It was totally unplanned & they did everything they could to make it easier on me, including staying an hour late to complete the work. He discussed in detail my options for treatment including pricing. You gotta pay for quality & when it comes to my teeth, its worth it.
