The people that answer the phone are very unprofessional . I wouldn't want them as my property management company. They are so rude at times that they hang up the phone on you. I was expecting a client in the lobby and I would get a call from lobby staff. I called back the number ,only to be connected to office staff, that didn’t know why I was calling back. Dustin and Viviana are great to work with. Very responsive and helpful when I have questions about my unit. Also the fee charged is very reasonable. Some management companies will charge various fees but their flat percentage is great.
