Dr Qasim was thorough explained everything, BUT, the ball was dropped. Blood work done had to go back a week later o d it again failure to do a test. Staff sitting around front desk girl extremely busy. Surgeon didn't call me ever I switched oncologists. His staff is lacking thoroughness! Not to attentive to details.
TIA @ 40yrs old, some spikes on blood work only to be told that the tests don’t mean anything. At the end of the 2nd appointment I had more questions than when I first went here. It took more than a month to get an appointment, and the first one was only a consult for more labs. Awful bedside manner in a time where personal connections are so fleeting yet intensely necessary. Do better.

Dr. Xiong is always concerned, thorough and listens to the answers provided to his questions. He never hesitates to use additional diagnostic procedures to satisfy presenting concerns.
He save my life, God guide me to see him, and I believe everything happen for a reason, he explain my problem very understandable, vey kind and he is very helpful, my procedure is very peaceful, no pain, very comfortable, all the staff is very awesome they are always beside you to make sure I am safe and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Thomas Heffernan for saving my life.
Dr. Heffernan came highly recommended and I can’t say enough about his calm and unhurried bedside manner. He explains everything and answers any and all questions.
I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW GREAT OF A DOCTOR HE IS. HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS AWESOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE KNOWLEDGE BASE HE HAS IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I DONT THINK IT GETS BETTER THAN DR HEFFERNAN.

My husband and I were presented with an immediate plan and treatment options during our first office visit. Treatment was aggressively pursued and referrals with coordination with specialist were made immediately. I felt I received the best care I could have received.
