He banned my friend from continuing his care right in the middle of his dental emergency just because his receptionist said she wanted him banned. He didnt do anything to her but ask if she could write down his time there for his place of work. She refused so he asked someone else and she got mad. I wouldnt go there if you want to be a valued customer.
This is the worst dental office, period. I had a root canal done on my lower left molar in December. They made a mold for a post to be sent off. A month later, I came in to have the post fitted. That was the soonest appointment they had available. When I finally came in, the post didnt fit! How in the world does a post molded from my teeth not fit? So they made another mold to send off. The worst dental experience ever. I usually can include at least one positive thing in a complaint letter but this is the one time that I cant. The only reason I came here is because my insurance company covered it as in network and it was somewhat conveinient. My family and I felt like cattle here. The only thing missing was being tagged on our ears just before we left. To top things off the office made a mistake and misquoted me for the service I recieved prior to the procedure. Great drinks, great food, great service!
This is the WORST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever been to. It is hard to get an appointment. Then if you have a problem such as a broken tooth it takes one appointment to be evaluated and another to get taken care of. If you are lucky you will have it fixed in a month! Not to mention the 30-45 minute wait every time you go in. I have a limited selection on where to go with my insurance but I will be moving on as soon as possible.
I have never had such horrible service. The staff is rude, and the dentists ignore your requests. I wouldnt have my dogs teeth cleaned there.
Dr Dupuis is so full of himself you cant even talk to him about your own dental health. He just cuts you off then he is gone. I only go there because it is the only place that takes my insurance. Maybe he should realize not all people have alot of money and good insurance for good dental care.....
This was one of the few dentist in the area that took my insurance. They are horrible. The staff is rude and even yelled at me on 2 seperate occasions. A dentist there started a root canal when I specifically told him not to and then left me in pain for 3 weeks until it could be finished. I now pay out of pocket for dental because I refuse to go there and deal with this.
I have never seen such rude people at any health care practice. I have been going to Dr. Dupuis since I was 8 years old and ever since he moved to the new building his customer service has been lacking. The other doctors are also rude and dont give you the time of day. I will never go to Dupuis Dental again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.
