Great drinks, great food, great service!
The worst dental experience ever. I usually can include at least one positive thing in a complaint letter but this is the one time that I cant. The only reason I came here is because my insurance company covered it as in network and it was somewhat conveinient. My family and I felt like cattle here. The only thing missing was being tagged on our ears just before we left. To top things off the office made a mistake and misquoted me for the service I recieved prior to the procedure. WORST DENTIST EVER!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
I agree with the comment about the receptionists. They are extremley rude and lack any customer service skills. They wont even stop having personal conversations with each other long enough to help you. They just keep talking until they are finished, and then maybe the will help you. Also, the doctors dont give anyone the time of day. I have seen two different doctors there and both of them only came in for 2 or so minutes and didnt even speak to me, they only talked to the hygenist. If this wasnt the only dentist in the are... read more
The worst dental experience ever!! The staff is rude, inattentive, and unknowledgeable. My visit to the Oral Surgeon was the most frightening and painful experience I have ever endured. There was no consultation or explanation of the events to follow from the assistant or Doctor. The only question they asked me was "what teeth are we supposed to be pulling?". After taking several shots to numb the pain they made me wait so long the numbness was wearing off before the extraction took place. Before more shots were endured I as... read more
