My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for 6 months. In that time, he has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His staff, except for Jessica, not so much. Any time I've had to call regarding refills, they don't get done half the time. I get excuses saying they sent it to the pharmacy but the pharmacy never got it. Alternatively, when we have the pharmacy contact them for a refill, the staff maintains they never heard from the pharmacy. Dr. Anderson is great; his staff not so much.
I was so pleased to find a physician like Dr. Anderson. He is patient, caring, listens carefully to what you tell him and takes his time during your evaluation. His whole staff is totally wonderful, and his wife is also in the practice. It is more like seeing family when I go to his office, and reminds me of the doctor my family had when I was growing up. I highly recommend him, and I am so glad I picked him as my personal physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone.
Dr Anderson was the best Dr at Viera VA Clinic. I had the pleasure of being his patient. Now that he is in private practice i am with him again. A GAIN for me. (pun intended)
Dr. Anderson and his staff are absolutely the best in Melbourne, Fl! They go out of their way to make sure every detail of patient care done to perfection.
