Gave 1 star because I can't give 0. Took both my children to Dr. Mark Thomas for a physical examination after CPS required one due to an investigation of physical abuse by the mother and her boyfriend. Dr. Mark not only inaccurately recorded what my children said when asked if they felt safe or in danger when they were with the mother, but when I called him out on it, he said it was his report, and that "I didn't really have a say into what he put in it".
