Dr. Heiser spent all of 30 seconds with us when we came in to get a cast put on our 19 month old who broke her leg. As we started to ask him questions about pain medication dosage and safe activities for her, he couldn't get out of the room fast enough and barely answered our questions - talking to us FROM THE HALLWAY as he left without pausing.
