I visited the Dr Thomas Lyo 2 months ago. Had my regular blood testing. I still have not received the results over 2 months later. I have called over 7 times about this issue and every time they say someone will follow up and no one does. It is always a challenge to get someone on the phone. I contacted the online portal provider, they said the doctor did not even submit the testing. Do not go here, extremely unprofessional!
For Lily Yee. I do NOT recommend entrusting your healthcare to this doctor. She does not take patient concerns seriously, and as a result creating serious issues. Please go elsewhere!
