As unpleasant as the dentist visit is, Dr Dodson and staff always to their best to make the patients comfortable and ease the pain!
I am sending this survey based on Rachel's appointment for her filings in June. I called about her pain and Dr. Dodson was not very helpful. Rachel has a high threshold for pain so it was unusual for her to complain; she has has extensive surgery done before she was fit for braces so she is familiar with mouth pain. Service was efficient and on time. Personnel in the office were pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Dodson is very thorough in his examination and review.
I really like my dental hygienist. I have gone to her for a number of years. She is gentle and has brought me up not to be afraid to go to the dentist. I am currently 18 years old and have gone to her since I was 8 or 9 years old. I also like Dr. Dodson a lot. He is kind and has supported my baseball career in high school.
