I called Tom Miller head of the ambulatory services at the u of u. I called several times to have issues with the clinic in sugar house . They rest my appointment several times. Letting my heart medication run out and refused to refill it until I saw the Dr that time after time moved my appointment out weeks and never got back to me with test results. For over 4 months now.
