Not sure what the problem is but I called 7 times and never got a person. I left 2 messages with the HIV dept, Monday and Tuesday. A week later still no response. Then I called Brian the casework on Thursday whos answering machine said he's return a call within 48 hours. Still waiting. What if this was an urgency issue with exposure and treatment needed ???
