I took my father to the er and I was so disappointed in Jefferson. My sad 76 yrs old failing health. He came to the er by way of ambulance and was put out in the waiting area, were we sat out there from 5pm to 10:30 pm and was told there was a 8hr wait Tim and we had to wait 3 more hours to be seen! I took him to another hospital and was kept and was diagnosed with a mass in his lungs and had covid. Don't bring your family member here!!

They billed me for blood testing that was done incorrectly and was therefore was unable to generate any result. I’ve been calling their billing department since December (it’s now nearly March) to remove the charges specific to that test and each time I talk to them, they tell me it still hasn’t been reviewed. Meanwhile, I continue to receive invoices and overdue billing notices. Supposedly they’ve escalated it, but if it still hasn’t been addressed by the next time I call, I plan to submit a complaint with the PA Department... read more

I have been calling about a billing problem since the end of September. They are billing for a physical therapy appointment I did not have. Every time I call they read from a script. "The bill in question is in the review process. I will have someone call you back." The billing department does not have any onsite supervisors or managers. I was told they could send an email requesting a supervisor or manager call me. This is ridiculous.
