Jefferson should be ashamed that they have such a low ER rating. It's not surprising to see such a low customer rating for Jefferson's ER. I have been a patient at Jefferson since 2013 and had a unpleasant experience at the ER on Friday January, 23rd. At the advice of my Jefferson Primary Care Physician, I went to ER due ongoing headaches and uncharacteristic high blood pressure. I've been coming to Thomas jefferson university hospital for years now I can honestly say the Dr.s are amazing there and have saved my life 2x the last year I was in a coma for 32 days they were very courteous to my family but as far as the nurses they could've been more sensitive and understanding
I mean a lot of people come in. They doing their job.
hellow I wad seen in the er yesterday afternoon and evening and it was horrible experience told the doctor my history of being a cancer patient and having problems since then periodically retain stool they did give me an ray it showed I was full of stoll they gave me some medicine and some fluids but I still couldn't go and they then discharged me some of the nurses were nice some sucked the one who gave me my discharged papers really tucked she wouldn't even let me finish reading the after care instructions overallbad exper... read more
