The management doesn’t care anything about the people who live here. the elevator breaks down consistently. The fire alarm is faulty, goes off all throughout the night randomly. They rent out units to Airbnb and the people who come in don’t care about the property so they leave it any kind of way it’s ridiculous. They let dogs piss in the elevators and the people don’t clean it up. Do not move here. Edit #3: Very ghetto. Fire alarm often goes off at odd hours of the night because people smoke weed inside of their apartment. Typical slum apartment marketed as "Luxury"; AC doesn't work. It is currently 75 degrees in our apartment and the thermostat is set to 64. Meanwhile, we are being charged "premium rent". This place is an absolute JOKE. Noisy neighbors? I’ve lived at TJ Towers for nearly two years and Eric as well as Cole are truly amazing! Anytime I need something they are prompt to respond and handle what’s in their control to the best of their abilities! Thank you both for all you do and the maintenance team !
I had a wonderful experience working with Cole as my leasing agent! He made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment was perfect before I moved in. Any touch-ups or fixes were handled right away, and I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. I’m so grateful for his help in finding my beautiful new home!
Edit: Noisy neighbors? I can assure you nothing will be done about it. We've submitted over 10 noise complaints for our loud upstairs neighbors over the course of a year lease. If 3 feet of concrete and insulation isn't enough, you've gotta be pretty freakin loud. Poor living conditions. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs! We pay a lot of money (and I mean an ABSURD amount) to live here due to the $600-$700 power bill on top of base rent and an outrageous $150 parking fee for an unsecured lot, where break ins ... read more
