I had a lot of dentists to choose from. I feel lucky that I went to Dr. Pray first. I found that he and his staff were very friendly and efficient. It was easy to get appointments that suited my schedule and I never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The facilities seem state-of-the art. For example, he has a custom digital crown milling machine in the office. They replaced 2 very old crowns for me in 1 2-hour visit. They look and feel great. I also had some old fillings replaced and Dr.Pray even used the more ... read more

I have always been one of those people that hate going to the dentist, just the thought of sitting in that chair would make me cringe. Six years ago all that changed when I found Dr. Pray’s practice. From the minute I walked in to the office and was greeted by the office manager, Denise, I felt at ease. Not only does Denise go out of her way to accommodate my hectic schedule, but she is always a pleasure to speak with. I can’t say enough nice things about Tracy, the dental hygienist. She is very personable and does an excell... read more

I've been going to Dr. Pray for just about 30 years. I went to him after having a problem with another Dentist and was in danger of losing a tooth. He saved the tooth. He has always been a caring Dentist. He knows I have issues with my jaw and dental work in general and has always taken extra time with me. He always tells me what is covered and what isn't before doing the work and lets me decide. I have never been surprised. Make no mistake he wants you to take care of your teeth and does tell you on numerous occassions what... read more

I feel a lot better about what I am going to write now that I have read other comments about Dr. Pray. It almost makes me chuckle but I am still pissed about the way things turned out. My son has been a patient of Dr. Pray's for a while now. I recently purchased a new phone so all of my appts didn't get transferred to the new phone. I received a call from Denise (who is always pleasant and very helpful) from his office to confirm an appt my son had for the next day. Well, I wanted to cancel and/or change the appt because my ... read more

This Dentist is the worst one for Medicaid. He's got the attitude that because it's Medicaid he can drill all my teeth and then pull them after he spent hours drilling them. He probably should have just pulled them to begin with instead of wasting Medicaid money or say he was not skilled enough to save my teeth. Instead he claimed that medicaid won't pay for root canals so he has to pull the tooth. Gee I thought he would have known that from the several xrays he took but I am not a Dentist. I do know I won't ever go back and... read more

3 of my daughters and I were patients of Dr. Pray for 1 1/2 yrs...From day one he had an arogant ..better than you attitude. We had words the first day I met him and I should have pulled us all out that day..Assuming one would be APPRECIATIVE of any new patients in this economy...this jerk brought my teen daughter to tears. His job to clean and fix any cavities was superceded by his arrogance and rudeness...including telling her to not come back to see him if she had gotten another cavity..that he refused to help her...He en... read more

Not good on fillings or crowns. Condecending and arrogant.Blames you if the crowns fail or chip or come not well made like steel shining through like you had an underlying cavity, drills into a new crown and fills it a different color other than the crown color. Very expensive.Dosen't treat his employees with respect. Seems hard to work for. This is my opinion and some others I have talked to.
