One of the absolute rudest people and it's hilarious to me that there were only a few reviews then out of no where in 2012 there are strategically reviews every month and even a couple times a month. I used to go here and will advise everyone to steer clear. As a man of my age, I don't think I need to be spoken down to like I was. Arrogant is not his middle name... It's his first name!! Have had tom Pray as my dentist for over 10 years. He has a state of the art facility, and is a dedicated thorough professional.
Great office! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Pray and his staff ! I've been trying to find a dentist to accept my insurance and remove my wisdom teeth for over two years and then finally found Dr. Prays office. Haven't had any problems so far with my two teeth that have been removed. Would deffinitly recommend.to a family member or friend :)
I have been a patient of Dr. Pray's for a short time and I can say that I am overwhelmed with satisfaction and comfort. Dr. Pray is not only a dentist who loves and cares about what he does, his expertise and skill are a blessing, not to mention he has the greatest sense of humor. He is kind and very informative. I have been going to Dr. Pray and his staff for almost 15 years, traveling an hour each way every time. Yes, they are THAT good that it's worth my time and gas money to make the trip. I came to Dr. Pray with a lot of former tooth damage and gum disease that he has helped me get under control. Thanks to him and his hygienist, Tracy, my teeth are much healthier and stronger now than they were a decade ago. Dr. Pray and his staff are extremely competent and friendly. Dr. Pray is an experienced and knowledgeable dentist who has a sincere interest in your overall health. Of particular note is that he runs a state of the art dental office where you can have a crown made in one office visit. This eliminates the inconvenience of having a temporary crown and saves you the time and expense of a second office visit. I would like to say that I have been scared to go to the dentist since I was 13 (due to a hack job). When I was 28 I feel on ice and broke one of my front teeth and had no choice but to go. I then found Dr. Pray and his amazing team in Ballston Spa. They fixed my tooth along with ALL the other dental problems I was having. I must admit he was very strern BUT it was for my own good. Dr.Pray and his staff dispelled 20 years of fear and anxiety that I held for dentists within moments of enterring the office on my first visit.I was faced with some pretty big decisions and they made them much easier to accept with their knowledge and guidance.Dr.Pray himself is a wizard with his tools!I had a lot of work done with a minimal amount of discomfort involved.I walked out of there a new man and secure in knowing they will be there to assist me with any future dental issues.
Normally I don’t post stuff like this but after reading some of the previous comments I felt I needed to say something, I have been a patient of doctor Prays for some time, and have never had a problem with him or his staff.
