I would not choose an orthopedist other than Dr. Thomas Klein. He is compassionate, listens to the patient, and ensures that the patient is informed to be part of the decision-making. His staff are great, pleasant, and professional. Dr. Klein is the best, he talks people out of having surgery if he believes that surgery is not the best treatment option. I trust him completely and strongly recommend him for shoulder, hip, or knee issues.
Dr. Klein is very kind and extremely professional while personable and very interested in his patients. I have knee problems and am trying to avoid surgery. I have graduated to orthovist injections and I have to tell you, I was extremely anxious about getting the first one! It was over before I even winced! Such a great doctor! Wonderful experience!
Dr. Klein and all of the staff at Ortho Virginia were very professional and courteous. In just two visits Dr. Klein was able to troubleshoot the cause of my hip pain and start me on a plan to alleviate the discomfort. I would definitely refer friends or family to this practice.
Dr Klein is personable and very knowledgeable. He repaired a torn meniscus several years. I’ve had some discomfort with my other knee and I didn’t hesitate to seek his help. I would recommend him to my family/friends.
I have seen Dr. Klein for many years due to arthritic knees. He is thorough and caring. He has performed 2 total knee replacements, with excellent results.
Replaced both hips. Dr Klein was matter of fact while keeping a sense of humor. He got me back to my busy life of riding and caring for horses, riding my motorcycle and skiing. I followed his directions and everything went better than expected. I recommend him quite often!
This was a highly focused consultation for multiple painful joints. Dr Klein helped me prioritize treatment interventions, administered steroid injections in each knee. More importantly he listened to my concerns for knee replacements and advised one knee replacement given family support and adequate physical health status
