Always a positive experience. I was referred for medication monitoring .He has gone beyond that by helping me with physical problems that have left me in pain for years. He did a Celiac test after 5 gastroenterologists never did anything but colonoscopies. I try to be GF to manage that, but have other functional problems I am trying to address. I started seeing him after Zarreli left. He has been professional and kind. We talk about my health and he is the Dr. Who did a Celiac test, after 5 gastroenterologists did nothing but colonoscopies. I was in pain for years. He does research about natural things that might help me. I feel very comfortable with my appointments. He is concerned about the problems I am having with my doctor about my pain. His staff is very accommodating with my requests of them.

He is always running behind schedule, then rushes to catch up. I had an appointment at 9:00am. I was told that this was the first appointment of the day. I arrived at 8:45. I saw him pull into the parking lot after 10:00, then he saw people who were scheduled after me, and had arrived after me. I didn’t get called back to his office until after 11:00, and then only saw him after he socialized with a drug rep. I would have re-scheduled, but he was booked out more than two months. Very helpful caring and kind. Give you option of lifestyle changes or meds. Its been a long three years but I feel alive for the first time. Learning to reparent myself, but feel heard and supported here. Best place for a change and the genetic testing to assure you don’t get bad medicines. Best mental health facility in Shasta County.

He did give me a boatload of pills, but I was very ill and had just gotten out of a psych ward. His EOP program supported me through 10 weeks of 3 days per week intensive education and group therapy. Six years later, he had to hospitalize me again for severe, complex PTSD and depression and he counseled me daily. He figured out what was wrong and saved my life. More than one family member has received excellent care through this office. This plus their professionalism means their services are in high demand. Their automated appointment reminders were initially confusing: "You have an appointment with your provider..." This assumes we know who has an appointment with whom. This is minor and the only hick-up we experienced. I was floored when I first heard Christian music flowing through the speakers. They provide $100 BEAM tests for ADHD. They will just put you on hella pills and put labels on you. Then when you ask for nutritional advice, because they are bio chemist and discover gene mutations, they leave you hanging. You will have to go to many other doctors and nutritionist. After you have spennt all your money on supplements, they will tell you a new thing and you have to start all over. Very unhelping. Good front but no heart

The treatment I received here could hardly be called medical treatment. I was given pills that permanently damaged my brain. I was misdiagnosed as bipolar, when all I have is major depression with co-morbid post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. His billing department did not contact my insurance that I had at the time, and they just stuck me with thousands of dollars of debt for which they had no numbers to call to settle. I make 600 dollars a month. These are unacceptable practices.
