Excellent office and medical staff. Dr. Ross did a thorough examination, listened carefully, asked pertinent questions, and provided me with his opinion and options going forward. Appt was timely, wait time minimal and flowed well.
My first conversation with Dr Ross was being prepped for emergency surgery on a broken hip that was going to need a replacement. Within minutes I knew I was in good hands. He was both warm, compassionate and competent and has remained so every time I have seen him. I'm very thankful Resurgens picked him for my surgery. I'm doing well and feel I'll be back to my old self in no time.
I was greeted at the appointment time and did not have to wait to see the Dr. An X-ray was performed quickly and the Dr went over the results right away. Outlined my treatment options. His explanation was clear as we discussed options. Would recommend him to others
From diagnosis up to my post operative appointment, I have received nothing but excellent care from Dr. Ross and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly kind and courteous! Calls and emails were promptly returned and EVERY in person experience was above and beyond reproach.I am only 2 weeks post op and am already ready to schedule having my other knee replacement. I could not ask for a better surgeon or more compassionate and competent team of professionals with whom to work.
I am proud to say that my last visit was no different than any other visit. If I had any questions they were answer. Staff is very courteous and professional. Doctor Ross always has a care plan that I am happy with. I walk in with pain, walk outWith relief. They go above and beyond to get you right . I'll always be grateful and appreciative for his work Ethics.
Absolutely the best. From diagnosis to post surgery everything went better than I had hoped. I’m so thankful for choosing Dr. Ross and his team. I now get to choose what activities I want to participate in, instead of having to choose what pain management options I need to get through my day. I will be forever grateful.
