I will never buy one of their houses again. They are just as bad as DR Horton. The paint color they use isn’t what they say it is so in order to cover holes you have to basically paint the whole damn house. They cut corners. My dogs keep digging up building supplies in the backyard 4 years later. Several people in my neighborhood are getting together due to continued issues regarding septic issues. Poor customer service. I could go on for days.

We purchased a home and we totally regret it!!! Horrible customer service (owner and all office personnel are very rude and confrontational) they always make excuses for warranty work...u always have to go to higher management (which are liars) to get things aomewhat done. Our HOA is $1200 a year for Carrington neighborhood. We were told there would be amenities, but have yet to have any progress of this, years later. Many of us have requested financial statements from the HOA and have yet to receive them. We love our house, but make sure you get things in writing if you’re being sold on amenities like the rest of us.

HOA at Carrington is a disaster. They take your 1200 a year and don't tell you what they are doing with it, probably just lining the pockets of the owner
