This company was wonderful. They helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. I have already started telling my friends and family about Guild. If I ever decide to purchase another house I will use Guild again.

Guild Mortgage was absolutely wonderful to us. Despite many setbacks and multiple extensions due to some very unfortunate events, they helped us in every single way that they could! We absolutely loved working with Tina Chumley and would recommend her to everyone looking to purchase a home. She was very helpful and professional in assisting in our first home purchase. We are now one month into our first home. She did what others could not do. We were told by two other mortgage companies that we still had some stuff to take care of before we were gonna be able to purchase but Tina helped us jump through the hoops. Jenny the processor was very helpful as well. 5 stars across the board!
Although our experience was a rough one due to many moving parts, many of which were beyond the scope of our lenders control, everyone at Guild always made a genuine effort to assist us in any way possible. I would absolutely recommend them to any homebuyers.
Very good experience! Amanda was awesome to work with, answered all questions and paper work, in a timely manner. Tom was great at getting things accomplished when we had a few minor bumps in the road! Thanks to our great realator Renee Walker, and everyone involved!
