RecommendedThe Guild Mortgage company is fantastic. I came to them after another company put me through the wringer only to tell me no at the last minute. Tom immediately said we could make it work and 3 weeks later we were closing. Staff is friendly, phones are answered and calls returned. Easy to work with and keep the customer updates at all times. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!
We have used Tom Holyfield and his team three times now. When we bought our 1st home 10 years ago, when we refinanced our first home for a cheaper interest rate and now when we bought our 2nd home. We didn’t even have to think on who we were going to use. We instantly knew we wanted to work with Tom again. I highly recommend Jordan Johnson and Guild Mortgage. A family member recently considered a refinance of his mortgage (first time through the process and not a usual situation). Jordan answered all of his questions and provided all of the options available. Jordan is very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and ready to assist.
