Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? I warn you to NEVER open your mouth for this dentist!!!!!!! I have always had good teeth and great dental care.Since I have moved to this area I have had a hard time finding a good dentist.I went to Dr.Gretz office last week because I had a cavity and a crown that had fallen off and the remainder of the tooth sharp and broken. He pulled one of my teeth that could have been filled and pulled out the remainder of the tooth that had broken off. He obviously had no idea what he was doing. Dr. Gretz JR is a freakin joke, he obviously does not care one bit about his patients by his demeanor I have actually seen him walk outside when he has a waiting room full of ppl and 2 ppl back in exam rooms and he walks outside to bs on the phone. He cracked the base of a tooth he was making into a nub for a crown so it had to be pulled because of his negligence. I have had him do to root canals on me and both got infected several times til finally the abcess was so bad that they both sub-sequently had to be pulled. His fil... read more

Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Kind of, but it could have been better Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
