Horrible practice, dirty, unprofessional, reminds me of what a torture chamber would have in it for the people afraid of dentists. They have no idea of how to do a proper root canal, fill cavities, or give basic novacaine shots. Both of the dr gretzs' and dr zambruno (especially) is an extremely snobbish snide woman who evidently is unhappy with her life and takes it out in a profession she doesn't like. I went to this Dentist as an emergency visit- my back molar had broken off at the gum line AND obviously had some kind of infection or abscess going on because the pain I was in was severe-they make me wait 2 days before seeing me when I called for an appointment. When I got there, I was taken back by how very small and unwelcoming the waiting room was, which also looked like it had not been cleaned or updated since the 70's. Absolutely Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Yes

I went to another dentist that said, I needed to go to the hospital to have a few of my teeth pulled. I went to Dr. Gretz , and he removed them in his office with very little pain. I mean my teeth were really bad. He had to take out 4 and I thought he only took out 2. Well he took out all 4 ,and the one that was broke below the gum I never felt. I would be more than happy to have them do the work. Hats Off to this dentist and his staff 4 stars from me.

Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect. Was this provider compassionate to you and your situation? Yes

Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
