Front desk staff were abrupt, unfriendly and made no effort to be respectful. I hate going there because I don't want to have to interact with them, but Dr. Detert and his hygenists are lovely.
Dr Detert just moved to a new office and his front staff is not very friendly, he is a good dentist but he has lost 2 very knowledgeable employees recently which makes you wonder what is going on.
For the most part I feel very comfortable with Dr. Detert and he is very professional. Several years ago he recommended an expensive treatment which I didn't think was neccessary and I don't have insurance. As it turned out I was right. I still think he is a very good dentist and his staff are friendly and helpful.
