I met Dr. Detert when I was in need of services prior to my employer sponsored coverage coming to an end. I had a very small window of time and required significant services. His examination was very thorough and he demonstrated and explained his findings prior to submitting a pre-determination form to the insurance company. Such a relief to meet a young doctor who is polite, honest, straight forward and understanding. I felt safe and relaxed, I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel like family. I will definitely recommend Dr. Detert to family and friends.
I've had great experiences with Dr. Detert. His staff go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable even though I am very nervous.
I was a patient of Dr. Moss and the atmosphere is not as friendly- family oriented as it used to be. There has been staff turnover which is always difficult. Dr. Detert seems nice (my whole family misses Dr. Moss thought). We too find the front desk staff difficult to deal with.
The staff was very friendly, the dentist addressed my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend my family and friends.
I am very thankful for finding a Dentist that is very nice ... not only to the patient but also to his staff . Everyone is so helpful, kind and excellent at teaching and explaining everything about my mouth
Since Dr.Detert has taken over Dr.Moss's practice, I find that the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been going to Dr. Detert for years. Since he took over for Dr. Moss, I have found that he lost his personal touch. It's unfortunate. That was one of his best qualities. His "consultant" comes off as condescending. The office now focuses on Perfection and makes you feel low if you don't have or can't afford cosmetic surgery. He may have gained Dr. Moss's patients but he will more than likely lose his old ones. Sad.
FRONT DESK WOMEN WERE USELESS, billed my stuff under the wrong name, had to find out through insurance company that they hadn't got my claim, called the girls at the office to rectify the problem, which they did not do. So then called a month later and they had no record of me calling the first time to fix the problem apparently. The Dentist however was very thorough, but expensive, guess you pay for what you get though
