I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here, nor the oath Doctor take, first do no harm. Having a high level of patient need doesn't appear to be their top priority. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They make no effort to make me feel special. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here.
