I smelled a rat. When the woman ahead of me at my first appointment was having to purchase a leg brace. Guess what, I had already been diagnosed by an out of insurance plan Podiatrist for a IPK which is a sweat gland and callous. He immediately recommended the leg brace. At 63, I was not interested in his proposed treatment. I just wanted the IPK treated. Quit pushing off your leg and ankle braces....I wonder what your cut of the deal is? I also wonder how many of these you have pushed onto new patients.

I wish I’d read the reviews before my appointment. Just like the others, Dr Truong explained my issues somewhat, however every question I asked he responded, @Charolette willl go over that.” He had no interest in my history or symptoms, or answering specifics. His options-which he had Charlotte show me— were very very overpriced. Could get a gadget on line to keep my foot position stabilized was on eBay new for 15.00. His was more than 300.00.

Dr. spends less than a minute in the room treating ten toes! Doesn’t listen to patients ! Will never go back nor recommend him to anyone!

He and all the staff do a great job, and the same procedure completed in a regular physician setting was rendered painless.

Dr. Truong took care of an ingrown toenail for me last month. I found him to be quick, but thorough, when performing the procedure. He was businesslike, but with a dry sense of humor that helped ease my anxiety. His staff is great and I would recommend all of them to anyone with foot problems.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He cut me off when I tried to tell him where my pain was located, and was disrespectful. Not a good experience.

The doctor was in a great hurry with no time for introductions. He made his diagnosis before you could tell him the problem. Without giving a solution to the foot problem all he wanted to do is give "options " wich means trying to sell his way over priced products. As fast as he was came in the room he was gone, leaving his staff to try an make a sale. This man should be selling used cars because he doesn't know what it is to be a doctor.

All he talked about was buying insoles for my shoes and not solving the problem. When I told him I usually just get a shot in the heel for this he said fine. Stuck the needle anywhere and that was it. I sill had the pain went to another dr and told him what happen he said you have to hit the spot where the pain is to help with this. Got the shot and was up and walking fine the next day

Had two successful surgeries, however, the doctor was very rude, and his staff verbally abusive when I was trying to get the proper procedure done on my bunions. I fired him. He failed to listen to me, and I ended up going elsewhere to someone more knowledgeable and caring.
