Dr Nelson was very nice when I met him 5 years ago. However his front desk lied, sent me to collections and charged me for an injection I never received. Tried to talk to Elena the front staff about it but she was rude, didn’t let me get a word in and actually hung up on me. She said they had proof I went In and my Id, signature and insurance card matched.
