Informative—comprehensively explained my condition and options. In particular, I liked the way he conveyed his confidence that my foot problem was a resolvable one and that I can, with medical treatment, resume the activities that I have missed doing. He went out of his way to find out about me as a person, not just another case with a foot problem, and to let me know a little about himself.
Dr. Chi was the third doctor I consulted for a neuroma in my foot. He was the only one to approach it in a way that made me feel like I wasn’t going to need a second surgery. He explained all the risks and took the time to show me why his method had a better success rate then older methods used by other doctors. My follow-ups were great and I felt that Dr. Chi spent an appropriate amount of time with me when I saw him.
probably an Shirley the best foot surgeon in the state. Go to him for any kind of food surgery and she will be better for it. or certainly go to him for a second opinion before you opt for surgery.
Dr. Chi made special accommodations to see me and perform a surgical procedure due to the urgency of my case. He is both totally down to earth and caring at the same time, and fully explained the procedure and expected results. The procedure itself went very smoothly with no post surgery problems. Dr. Chi and his staff were also very attentive post surgery follow up.
