Very personable and thorough. Answered all of my questions and was sensitive and receptive to my needs.
I would not go to any other orthopedic surgeon. He already did my right rotator cuff, now I’m waiting to do my left one. I feel it will be 100% successful just like my other shoulder was :)

Did knee reconstruction for ACL, MCL and meniscus of my older son. Went great and he is back in full form. I personally went in for two separate knee issues, thinking that surgery was the only option. Tom sent me away to PT instead. Honest, good call.

After injuring knee at work Doctor Carter diagnosed it as a torn quadricep on right knee. Had surgery 2 days later, starting therapy in a day. Dr. Carter is awesome and great surgeon. Thank You work fixing my leg and getting life back to normal

Dr. Carter is a great doctor. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done and has a great bedside manner and gives me the answers straight without any nonsense mixed in with his explanations. I have and will recommend him to any and everyone that I know has knee problems.
