My experiences with Dr. Rumph have been very good. His team at the Brainerd Road office are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Over the years Dr. Rumph has done one crown and two implants for me! Everything about the sugeries went well! I had litlle or no discomfort and the ressults were excellent. I called in the morning and with in 30 minutes I was seen by the dentist.The staff is always friendly and the office manager goes out of her way to help you.Thank you Doctor Rump for giving me a beautiful smile!
I would not recommend a dog to go to this man!!! He is very ruff with you & does not have any bedside manner. He put mini implants in my mouth 6mos ago & I was traumatized to say the least !!! He did such a horrible job with the whole process that I'm having to get new teeth made again by a different dentist. I kept getting sores in my mouth, two of the implants failed, one implant came out with my teeth in!!! Just on & on disaster's!!! My name is Vonda and I brought my daughter Brianna Howard in for a wisdom tooth problem and was greeted by the most professional and considered assistant I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. She was very attentive courteous and helpful. Very knowledgable and helpful. Did not give me the impression she wasn't concerned about what I was trying to understand concerning my daughters chances of getting her braces. This employee should be kept and rewarded!
Great staff and dentist
Quickly got me in for an exam and worked me in the same day to get two crowns and a filling! :)
