TREATED MY PAIN WITH CARE AND SKILL. EXCELLENT DOCTOR IN EVERY WAY. HE IS UP TO DATE ON EVERY NEW PROCEDURE. FINE MAN. WOULD EASILY FIT INTO MAYO CLINIC . THEY ARE SUPERIOR.
I have seen Dr Owens for several things and I have also taken my daughter and my husband....Dr Owens has taken care of my needs as well as my family's...No complaints here, he was honest and to the point....Jackie was awesome from front to back...Let me say this, my daughters sports injury put her out of commission for a whole season and that was the best decision he made for her....because if this she was able to make a full recovery and return to what loves doing the best "Paddling"
In my opinion, Dr. Owens and Nurse Jackie are fantastic! I had rotor cup and bicep surgery and while the recovery has been lengthy, they have monitored me the entire journey. I interviewed other surgeon's prior to my selection of Dr. Owens and felt I made the right choice for me. Some of the negative statements on this site I think are uncalled for and rude at best. No one is perfect but childish name calling demonstrates at some level emotional immaturity.
Dr Owens is a arrogant, money grubbing hack. he recommended orthoscopic for my knee first and another operation two years later. Two second opinions told me the orthoscopic would be useless. I went to a real orthopedic surgeon and immediately got a perfect full knee replacement. His nurse is a rude, sanctimonious cow. You can do better anywhere else
Would have rated him zero stars, but the post will not accept that rating. I totally agree with the unprofessional assessment of both the other reviewers. I was treated quite badly by the staff and doctor. (Especially after disclosing that my case was a Workman's Comp claim. ) Dr. Owens possesses zero "bedside manner". Interminable waits in the reception area and exam room. A real shoestring operation, with a doctor whose arrogance is simply appalling.
