My wife tried to get work done there and he kept saying he’s busy right now or he can’t even look at it... and she felt like he was being very rude. She has tried stopping in several times and it was the same story every time! I’m very displeased! Also on many attempts when he said he couldn’t bother looking at the vehicle she witnessed him having “Happy Hour”. I definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone if you are looking to get your vehicle fixed!
Had my vehicle for a long time, never started doing the work. Kept on coming up with reasons why he was unable to start job. After about a month and a half I had my car towed out of there. Can't believe this guy gets away with this. These other people leaving 5 star ratings must be related to the guy, no way are they for real.
Had my vehicle for 2 months. Did not do any work. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Had my vehicle towed out of there to another mechanic who finished in 3 days. Tow truck driver asked me why I was moving vehicle, I told him about the long wait. He responded ' I towed away 2 more vehicles from here for the same reason'. No one should be put through this much drama.
Chuck is a great tech and he is top notch. Do not bother with any other shop in town but Thomas auto repair.
Chuck is a consumat professional. His years of experience show through his masterful skills, knowledge, and passion for his trade. Extremely fast, very informative and even more courteous. His rates are more than affordable as well. I would recommend him to anyone and will use his services again.
