Wish I could leave zero stars. I called to schedule an appointment and the man who works at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and said I couldn't schedule an appointment with them over $25. They claimed I missed an appointment and I never missed an appointment. The receptionists at this office are disorganized and inexperienced. This is not way to run a medical practice and is absolutely unacceptable.
I’ve thought about writing this review for years—since 2017, when I had one of the most disheartening and painful healthcare experiences of my life. It’s now 2025, and even though I’ve had excellent care from multiple doctors since, I still think about how deeply this experience with Dr. Zorn affected me when I was already at my lowest.
