Dr. Zorn is a great enthusiastic and caring PCP. However his new office on Norton Drive is cheaply constructed. Thin as paper walls - you can hear every word in the exam room next to you while waiting to see him.
Dr. Zorn is kind, thorough, and truly listens. He takes the time to understand what’s going on, validates concerns, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. He also advocates for me when needed, which means a lot. I’m really grateful to have him as my doctor.
I have been Dr. Zorn's patient since 2023, yet we still haven't met. I suppose that speaks volumes about the kind of doctor he is. Incidentally—and because I have grown truly tired of dealing with nurses or secretaries whose medical knowledge is limited—I have found another doctor who hasn't forgotten what it means to be a physician.
I was seen by physician assistant Karli Moretti-Taylor and my experience was very concerning. She was unpredictable, unpleasant and unprofessional. Staff including Mrs.Moretti-Taylor made sexually inappropriate comments within earshot of patients. They gossiped about who they found attractive, patients’ sexuality and relationship status, which is disturbing considering they have access to private medical records.
