I’d give a zero if I could. I’ve been a ICU nurse for 22 years. I have worked with some really crass providers. By far he wins. Condescending, and flat. Prejudged me before walking in the room. Didn’t ask any upfront questions, walked in with his speech about arthritis. Could care less about making things better, and I had to practically beg for a solution. A nurse without a working knee is an unemployed nurse. Zero empathy 100% dismissive.
The whole staff was welcoming and professional. Put me at ease instantly. Dr. AULD was easy to talk to and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Made a plan of care together. I have great confidence we will have a good medical relationship.
