My family and I have rented from this company for the past 6-7 years at first things were good. We did receive notices about property tax so he would be behind on paying those notices. 2126 A Apple Valley Columbia SC. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Rented from Robert Thomas for 3 weeks and couldn’t stay any longer. Apartment was filled with roaches, rats and they left me and my children with a broken air conditioner for 3 days. When I called about the problems with the air conditioner he got irritated and raised his voice at me like he was chastising a child! Thank God I had someone on the line to witness the mistreatment.
