Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider's staff friendly? Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
