Has been my dentists for over 20yrs haven't been to see him in bout 4 yrs I have moved 2hours away but am making an appointment with his office in morning. These denist around here don't take care of patients and they want to go through all this rigamaroll to do anything. Dr. Anderson was my Dentist, growing up. He always did a great job and helped me to not be nervous. I have lived out of town for over ten years. I've been to three different dentist, in that time. I had a root canal done, 8 years ago. That tooth had been abcessed, off and on, for over 5 years. Recently it became abcessed again and has affected my health. Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I've been to other dentists, thinking small town, small business, big pay. But i was wrong. Theres a dentist in Seagoville that my family has seen fro generations. The quote I recieved from them was WAY over the top. I called Dr, Toms and I was amazed at how understanding, and knowledgeable they were. I ask for a quote to compare with, and the difference ( after x-rays, exam, etc.), came to about 2300.00 savings! Its a shame that more dentist cant get real with the pricing. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I have had a lot of work done on my teeth and have worked with many insurance companies and I can tell you that the SOP (standard operating procedure) when they have not dealt with your insurance company, is to charge you up front. They then bill the insurance company and when and if they are paid (which is hardly ever the full amount of what dentist charge) the dentist then refunds you the difference. I have yet to go to a dentist that will take the insurance payment upfront as payment in full. So, for those of you who are ... read more

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
