I've never wanted to walk out of a doctors office until I went with my husband to see Dr. Brian Planchard. My husband was the patient. Dr. Planchard has the worst bedside manner I've ever witnessed. He has no patients at all. My husband felt rushed with everything the doctor was doing. He didn't give him time to process or question. He acted like he was in a hurry the entire 3 hours we had to be there. He always made very snide and rude remarks making you feel lesser than. We won't ever be back.
I know a girl the Dr hired then on her first day the son of the Dr demanded she be fired because he wasn't included in the decision to hire her. She quit her previous job and bought uniforms to work there. They did pay her for a few hours and for the uniforms. But really how spoiled and heartless can someone be?
I love my Dr. Tom Planchard. Been a patient for over 30 years!!!
Dr. Brian, Brandy and Kallie are all great. DR. Brian was very nice and informative. He makes you feels at ease during the procedure. Definitely will recommend his office for anyone who wants Lasik done.
