Dr. McNally is an excellent surgeon, as are his colleagues. All are very caring and professional.
I had spinal surgery done by Dr. McNally over a year ago. Initially I was very pleased, especially with my home health care. However, it is difficult to get return calls and even more so to get an accurate Patient Summary, which is the right of every patient. When I finally did get that Summary, I found several errors and/or omissions that I brought to his attention. To my knowledge, no corrections have been made, which I find unacceptable, especially as a retired medical professional.
I had spinal surgery with Dr. McNally and was initially very pleased with him and his staff. Apparently, I have healed well, mostly to my diligence and an excellent home health team. He is both personable and pleasantly professional, as are his team.
