RecommendedI stopped in to Audiology Associates last Friday at noon. They were prompt from the get-go. Both the assistant and The doctor were exceptional. Just had my first appointment as part of a study group for hearing loss and tinnitus. Results from my initial hearing tests were very enlightening and informative. Friendly staff that took the time to answer my questions and explain testing results. Looking forward to future appointments as they continue to monitor my progress.
Extremely professional service from every member of the staff. The doctor takes as much time to explain the procedures and results, so you fully understand what to expect.
My spouse and I had concurrent appointments for hearing loss and tinnitis, hoping to find devices to help each of us. We both took the visual Cognivue test, and scored pretty low, much lower than we function in life. After chatting with the doctor and taking hearing tests, we learned that the practice sells a "program" for which clients pay $263 a month for 4 years for devices, parts, batteries, and office appointments.
