Dr. Dowgin is the best! He is a great doctor, takes time with patients, is extremely intelligent and efficient. I would give him 6 stars, but the system wouldn't allow me to do a full five. So the review system is flawed, Dr. Dowgin came highly recommended by other physicians, and they were correct. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime.
