Warning Warning, if you're smart you will not rent any property or allow him to handle your property. He is very unprofessional and rude at every level. Doesn't fix problems in your apartment/condo until he's ready to do it and when you call and ask him about fixing a problem he gets smart and tells you just because you're fussing doesn't mean he will fix it any quicker.
