We decided to try this popular restaurant because of the view and what we heard about the quality of the food. It was great on both counts. We were told that the 32nd Floor had the best views in the Biloxi area and I'm pretty sure that's correct. On top of that they had a terrific menu, excellent waitstaff and outstanding food.
