RecommendedI need to say that I think Dr. Alvarado is a wonder. He pushes me to be a better person and care more about my health with patience and good nature...but he doesn't give up. I appreciate him more than he knows. While I like the clinic in general, I am there because I followed Dr. Alvarado to that spot.
Everyone was phenomenal in their roles. Front desk, CMA, doctor, labs- highest level of customer service.

Ten years of experience with this office - not the greatest. Just in the past 3 weeks they dropped the ball on two referrals. I don't know about you, but when my doctor says the "specialist" will call you to set up appointment I take them at their word. So you wait 3,4,5 days and call yourself to be told the referral was never sent over. I would not recommend Angela Pohl. She stuck a sharp object into my ear to remove a piece of wax and cut the inside of my ear. Even though I told her it hurt, she went in a second time. It bled for 10 days, led to a bad infection, a trip to the ER, and ended with a blood clot the size of my pinky nail having to be removed by an ENT specialist. Very painful and lots of $$! I came to Dr. Angela Pohl with a debilitating problem. She listened, researched, and went above and beyond to resolve it. Thanks to her thoroughness, I am now back to the business of living!
